Joe Glover
FOUNDER AND CO-HOST
An experienced and proven higher education administrator, Glover has worked in several positions within higher education. Glover is currently serving as Vice Chancellor of University Relations at Indiana University Southeast.
A Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), Glover graduated with distinction from IU Southeast with a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing. Glover also earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the IU Southeast School of Business. Glover also earned his Certificate in Fund Raising Management (CFRM) from the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy at IU Indianapolis. Glover has held several management positions at IU Southeast over his 20-year career. He is a lifetime member of the IU Alumni Association and is an involved member of the Southern Indiana community where he serves on several volunteer committees and non-profit boards.
Glover previously served as Director of Athletics at IU Southeast for 11 years. Glover was recognized for his efforts by his colleagues when he was named River States Conference Athletic Director of the Year 2013 and 2018. In May 2013, Glover was also named one of “20 Under 40 Best and Brightest” business professionals in a special edition of the Southern Indiana Business Source magazine. In 2017, Glover was named one the “Top 20 People to Know is Sports Business” by Louisville’s Business First Magazine.
Glover is an involved member of the Southern Indiana community as well. He serves on several volunteer committees for the Community Foundation of Southern Indiana (CFSI). He also serves on the board of directors for the Floyd Memorial Foundation and the New Albany Floyd County Education Foundation. He is also an involved member of the Knights of Columbus as a third-degree Knight.
Glover is also a member of the Rotary Club of New Albany as served that organization as President in 2020. Glover is also a member of the New Albany High School Alumni Memorial Fund Board of Directors.
Glover and his wife, Melissa, who Joe met while they attended classes on the IU Southeast campus, live in Southern Indiana with their daughters, Annabelle (9) and Hadley (5). The family are members of Holy Family Catholic Church. Joe is a lifetime member of the IU Alumni Association and is Class VII Fellow of the Mitch Daniels Leadership Foundation (MDLF).When he's not working, you can find Joe riding his bike on the Ohio River Greenway, spending time with his family, or volunteering with local organizations that make a difference in Southern Indiana.

Eddie Bobbitt
CO-HOST
Eddie Bobbitt is a Post-Secondary Counselor at New Albany Floyd County Schools and a Senior Lecturer at the University of Louisville’s School of Urban and Public Affairs, where he teaches graduate courses on nonprofit fundraising and marketing. Eddie loves helping students and families figure out their next steps after high school, and over the last five years, he's helped seniors earn a staggering $106.1 million in scholarships.
Eddie has a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Administration and two Master’s degrees—one in Higher Education Administration and another in Education in Counseling. In 2024, he became a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE), making him one of only 250 in the State of Indiana. In 2023, Eddie was recognized as the Community Leader of the Year by One Southern Indiana, a testament to his dedication to supporting his community.
Beyond education, Eddie serves as the Executive Director of Camp Quality Kentuckiana, providing a special summer camp experience and year-round support for kids battling cancer. Under his leadership, the organization has raised over $3 million to support these families. He’s also the Indiana Field Director for the Horatio Alger Association, has served on the board of the Children’s Oncology Camping Association, and is a member of the Board of Directors at Brandon’s House Counseling Center and the Spirit of Louisville Foundation.
Before these roles, Eddie worked as an Academic Counselor, Sr. at the University of Louisville’s College of Arts and Sciences and as an adjunct professor at Indiana University Southeast.
When he's not working, you can find Eddie kayaking, running, or grilling up something delicious while belting out classic rock tunes.
